This course is designed for:

• Farms and ranches in Alberta with 5 to 19 regularly employed workers and who are required by occupational health and safety legislation to have a health & safety committee in place
• Those operations who may not be required to have a health & safety representative but recognize the advantages of having one in place
• Farming and ranching operations who are required by an occupational health and safety director to have a health and safety representative in place

Who should take this training:

• Health and safety representatives, as it will help them better understand their roles and responsibilities
• Farm owners or managers who want to better understand the role of a health and safety representative on their farm
